Facility Rentals at the Decatur Area Arts Council

Planning an event? The Decatur Area Arts Council (DAAC) offers flexible spaces for meetings, parties, workshops, and special occasions at the Madden Arts Center. Our rental options are designed to accommodate a variety of events while providing a safe and professional environment.

Available Spaces & Rates

• Schmalz Classroom (2nd Floor) - Seats 40, accommodates up to 50 standing. No minimum rental time.

• All-Purpose Room (3rd Floor) - Seats 100, accommodates up to 200 standing. 4-hour minimum rental.

• Flat rate: $100/hour

• Not-for-Profit rates are available by request.

Deposits & Payments

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date.

• A damage/clean-up deposit equal to 50% of your total rental fee is also required.

• Remaining balance and deposits are due two weeks prior to the event.

• Payment may be made by check or credit card (credit card information is kept securely on file for damages, cleanup, or overtime).
