Free personal consultations are also available by calling the Arts Council. Grant applications are reviewed three times a year. Deadlines are October, February, and May.
Funds for these grants are made available through the National Endowment for the Arts, Illinois Arts Council Agency, and Decatur Area Arts Council donor support.
