The Decatur Area Arts Council is excited to announce the winners of the fifth annual "Christmas Card Lane" holiday public art competition.
This outdoor exhibit/competition was comprised of larger-than-life 'cards' created by local artists and groups. The cards were installed in downtown Decatur's Preston Jackson Park for display from November 21 to December 30, 2022. The public was invited to vote online for their favorite card through December 24, 2022.
The top three vote-getters and prize winners are...
- First Place - $200 - #8 - James Millikin Homestead
- Second Place - $100 - #2 - Lexie Damery
- Third Place - $50 - #15 - Johns Hill Magnet School
