First Friday Gallery Walk

Join us every First Friday from 5–7 pm for a fun evening of art and fellowship at the Anne Lloyd Gallery. The gallery is free and open to the public—come and go as you please, or stay as long as you like. Enjoy complimentary beverages and light bites as you browse the exhibits. At 6 pm, a guest speaker will present in the Anne Lloyd Gallery.

The Fantastic Mundane comprises vibrant, large-scale oil paintings and smaller ink drawings inspired by observations made during month-long research trips to China as a visiting scholar at HBUT in 2019, 2024, and 2025. Historical and
contemporary images gathered during her travels are juxtaposed as Western and Eastern visual
traditions merge in her work.
