We are excited to welcome the Illinois Arts Council for an Informational Session with Q&A on their FY25 grant opportunities.

The Illinois Arts Council is the state agency that provides grants for the arts in Illinois. Over the past year, they have streamlined and simplified their grant programs and application process. They have also adopted a regional model to their grantmaking to allow for easier outreach to communities across the state. Central Region Liasion Angelique Grandone will be the presenter.

The Session will review all of IAC’s FY25 grant opportunities, but will also go more in-depth on the General Operating Support and Youth Employment in the Arts application which is currently open until July 19, 2024.

You can follow this link to RSVP...
While an RSVP is not required, IAC will be sending out information both before and after the event, and by submitting an RSVP now, it will ensure you get those details.

IAC is hoping to connect with:

  • Individual artists
  • Art educators
  • Non-profits who do arts-based programming in support of their mission
  • Community arts organizations who are, or want to be, 501c3 non-profits
  • City, park district, and library arts programmers
  • Local arts councils

So please join us!

If you cannot attend this meeting, please take a look at IAC’s Workshops and Webinars page to see if you can join one of their Webinars, Drop-ins, or other in-person Informational Sessions.
