Afterschool Art Class- November

Ages 6-12 | Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays | 3:30 - 5:30 p.m.

November brings another month of creative exploration to DAACs After-School Arts Classes. Young artists will draw, paint, build, and experiment with mixed media as they develop new skills and turn their ideas into one-of-a-kind artwork.

Students will enjoy projects such as puppet making and performance, splatter painting, art inspired by Salvador Dalí, mandala making, dragon paper mosaics, optical-illusion art, fantasy-map design, and Rainbow Fish-inspired mixed-media creations.

After-School Arts Classes are designed as a semester-long creative journey, with the flexibility to register month by month. Sign up for one day a week or both Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and select the months that work best for your family.

Artist Shannon Cook will guide the class. Each session will include movement, and a snack will be provided.
