Piece Work
Both two and three-dimensional multi-media responses to our world, featuring nine collage and assemblage artists from Illinois and Missouri. Featured artists are: Elizabeth Concannon, Sonia Katz, Kathryn Kucera, Luara Lein-Svencner, Evalyn Rogers, Sarah Smith Shoot, Hugh Spector, Doug Stapleton, and Stephanie Witte. There will be an Opening Reception during the First Friday Gallery Walk on Friday, November 5th from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.

"Keeper of Flight" and "Tea Leaf Keeper" by Sarah Smith Shoot
Sarah Smith Shoot, from Makanda, IL, is a juried Illinois Artisan. She creates texturally rich collages that combine fabrics, vintage materials, bottle caps, buttons, twigs, wood and more. Each artist in this exhibit lends his or her own perspective on nature, facts of life, whimsy and social statement.
