Join us for a mini-concert in the Anne Lloyd Gallery.
Each event highlights excerpts from one of the Faculty Recital Series concerts.
Four Wednesday events featuring an eclectic mix of musical treats from 12:15-12:45 pm!  
Bring a brown bag lunch (or not).
Relax and enjoy the music then chat with the musicians.

  • Wed., Sept. 26 - American Songbook
    Featured musicians - Justin John Moniz (tenor), Steve Widenhofer (piano), Brian Justison (drums), Chris Nolte (bass)
  • Wed., Nov. 7 - Horizons: Trios for a New Century (all contemporary classical music)
    Featured musicians - Amy Catron (cello), Jeremy Brunk (percussion), Pei-I Wang (piano)
    Visionary composers whose works are included: Chinary Ung, Osvaldo Golijov, Paul Lansky, Philip Glass, Arvo Pärt, and Geoff Sheil
  • Wed., Jan. 23 - Historical Novels & Unknown Piano Treasures (4-handed piano duets)
    Featured musicians - Sam Gingher and Pei-I Wang
    The modern-era world première performances of Carl Czerny’s four-handed piano Fantasies on Sir Walter Scott’s Waverley Novels.
  • Wed., Mar. 20 - American Duos for Clarinet & Piano
    Featured musicians - David Cook (clarinet), Emily Grabinski (piano)
    The program will include contemporary works by David Biedenbender, Whitney E. George, and David Maslanka.

These events are presented by Millikin University, hosted by Decatur Area Arts Council.
