 2013-16
Strategic Plan

A three-year Strategic Plan was developed to provide direction and guidance to the Decatur Area Arts Council, the Board of Directors and the staff. This document is dynamic in nature and will be updated on an annual basis. DAAC’s fiscal year is September 1 through August 31.  The Plan identifies strategic priorities and key initiatives that will direct DAAC in the achievement of its mission.
